The shredder adopts a reduction motor directly connected to the worm gear, which is directly installed on the active shaft of the crusher. It is variable speed to the transmission shaft through large and small gears, so that the spiral tooth disc on the main transmission shaft forms relative motion. The spiral toothed cutterheads on the main drive shaft are arranged in a staggered manner, causing the material to be crushed by squeezing, tearing, and shearing at the same time after entering.
